Install NewTV Player on Titan OS

For smart TVs that run Titan OS: many Philips TVs in Europe and Latin America, and some JVC, AOC and Sharp sets. NewTV Player is a media player only. It has no channels, films or playlists: you add your own.

Titan OS app store

For TVs with Titan OS, from the 2020 Philips models on.

1

Search the Titan OS app store

From your TV's home screen, go to the apps, open the store, look up NewTV Player and add it. Titan OS apps open from the internet: there is nothing large to install, and updates arrive without you doing anything.

2

Give your consent

The first time NewTV Player starts, it shows what it keeps about this TV and asks for your agreement. Choose Agree.

3

Keep the codes in view

The App ID and key appear on the first screen, with a QR code. You need both codes in the next step.

4

Add your playlist

On this website go to Manage device, sign in with the App ID and key, and add the playlist your provider gave you: an M3U link or an Xtream (XC) login. The app loads it the next time you open its home screen. With a phone, scanning the QR code saves typing the App ID. Titan OS TVs open Xtream (XC) logins; plain M3U links are not opened on TVs yet.

5

Watch free for 30 days

To keep watching after the trial, the device needs activating. Sign in on Manage device with your App ID and key. Your device's page shows how to activate it. Then open the app again, or press Check again on its screen.

Before you add any content, make sure you have the legal right to watch it.
