Terms & Conditions
Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms apply to the NewTV Player apps and this website. By using either, you agree to them.
1. What NewTV Player is
NewTV Player is a media player. It plays content from M3U playlists and Xtream (XC) logins that you add yourself. We do not sell, supply or include any channels, films, series, playlists or subscriptions, and we have no connection with any content provider.
2. Your content is your responsibility
You may only add and play content you have the legal right to access. You alone are responsible for the playlists you add and for everything you watch with the app. We do not check, host or control that content, and we are not responsible for it.
3. Free trial and activation
- Every new device gets a free 30-day trial so you can test the app.
- After the trial, a device must be activated to keep working. Your provider can activate it, or, where this website offers it, you can pay for it by card yourself. A provider needs both your App ID and your key to activate a device for the first time. Questions about a payment you made to a provider go to that provider.
- An activation belongs to one device, identified by the App ID the app shows. It cannot be moved to another device.
4. Paying by card
- The price is shown before you pay. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- A payment activates NewTV Player on the one device whose App ID is shown when you pay, for the plan you chose. It does not buy any channels, films, series or playlists.
- Because you can test the app free first, payments are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If a payment could not activate your device, we refund it.
5. Reseller credits
- Resellers buy credits to activate their customers' devices. Credits are not money and cannot be exchanged for money.
- A purchase of credits is final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the credits it gave are taken back, as many as are left. A chargeback also suspends the account until we have looked at it.
6. Your App ID and key
Anyone with both your App ID and your key can manage your playlists on this website, so keep the key to yourself, and give it only to a provider you want to activate your device: they can then see and change its playlists, except those you protect with a PIN. You can change the key at any time from Manage device. You can also protect each playlist with a PIN.
7. Fair use
Do not use NewTV Player or this website to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attack, overload or try to break into our service. We may disable a device or an account that does.
8. No guarantee
We work to keep NewTV Player running well, but we provide it "as is". We cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that it will play every stream: that depends on your provider and your connection. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the app or from content played with it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using NewTV Player after a change, you accept the new terms.
