Install NewTV Player on Android
For Android phones, tablets and Android TV. NewTV Player is a media player only. It has no channels, films or playlists: you add your own.
Get the app from Google Play
Open Google Play on your phone, tablet or Android TV, search for NewTV Player and install it. The Google Play button on this page opens the same listing.
Open it and note your App ID and key
On a phone or tablet, NewTV Player is in your list of apps. On Android TV it is among the apps on the TV's home screen: move to it with the remote and press OK. The app's home screen shows your App ID and key.
Add your playlist
On this website go to Manage device, sign in with the App ID and key, and add the playlist your provider gave you: an M3U link or an Xtream (XC) login. The app loads it the next time you open its home screen. On a phone or tablet, the app's own button opens this website for you. On Android TV, point your phone's camera at the QR code on the app's home screen.
Watch free for 30 days
To keep watching after the trial, the device needs activating. Sign in on Manage device with your App ID and key. Your device's page shows how to activate it. Then open the app again, or press Check again on its screen.
If something goes wrong
- Google Play on your TV does not find the app: on a phone or computer that uses the same Google account as the TV, press the Google Play button on this page, press Install and choose your TV.
- You added a playlist and the app does not show it: go back to the app's home screen, or close the app and open it again.
- You have a new phone or box: it has an App ID and key of its own, so add your playlist again for the new ones.
